Ortonville-based film director Robert Butler has achieved another goal towards his dream of being a full-time movie maker. On Oct. 20, his first feature film “Blood Immortal” will be nationally released on DVD and digital movie on Amazon, Barnes and Noble, Fandango TV, and more.
“Love Immortal” presents in three chapters three generations of vampire women that find their lives put into jeopardy by their environmental and economic surroundings.
Written and directed by Robert Joseph Butler, “Love Immortal” stars Richard Tyson, Aphrodite Nikolovski, Jordan Trovillion, Julie Kline, Erika Hoveland, Phillip Shaun DeVone, Tevis Marcum, Christine Marie and Chevonne Wilson.
“Blood Immortal” premiered last year at the Anthem Film Festival in Las Vegas. From there, it went on to play in numerous film festivals where it won Best Narrative Feature at the Royal Starr Film Festival in Royal Oak, Audience Choice Award at the Desmond Demons Film Festival in Port Huron, Best Horror Feature at the Indie Gathering International Film Festival in Ohio, and Best Horror Film at the Great Lakes Film Festival in Pennsylvania.
