Starting tonight, April 25 and running May 1, tune in for Idlewild International Film Festival April Monthly Screenings

Join us for the Idlewild International Film Festival’s Monthly Film Series for the month of April.  A collection of short films and documentaries from all over the world which include narratives and documentaries. All six of our films will be available by on-demand screening from 04/25 midnight until 05/01 11:59 pm. Our filmmakers will be available 05/01 @ 12:30 pm via zoom, to share a cup of coffee with our patrons and discuss their projects.

This month’s collection features the short film: Mino A Diasporic Film.

Synopsis

It is 2079. In the utopic haven of Biamara, a Coven of Black womyn who can conceive without men must consider denouncing one of their own when she chooses to defy the all-female code and self produce a male child.
